Jackie is a native of Bakersfield and has over 45 years of experience in the insurance industry. She specializes in employee benefits. Because of her years of expertise working with employers and employees, she is able to provide you with a distinctive insight into your company’s health insurance options. Jackie remains current on the latest plans and products available to clients, assuring they have the best possible coverage.
Jackie enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying her grandchildren’s activities.
Scott Barks, ChFC® - Partner
Scott has provided his clients with advice on retirement planning, estate preservation and investment management over the last 31 years. His approach to financial guidance seeks to educate first, which he believes results in clearer, more confident financial decisions on the part of his clients. He is deeply committed to helping people pursue their financial goals and feels a strong sense of responsibility to help his clients enjoy their money that they have worked so hard to acquire.
Scott is a native Bakersfield resident and graduate from California State University Bakersfield, 1994.
Anna Franco - Broker
Anna has been in the health insurance sector for over 30 years and has sold Medicare plans since 2006. She has worked as an exclusive broker for reputable insurance companies and helped enroll over 3,000 Medicare beneficiaries. She has held hundreds of Medicare plan seminars throughout Central California, with a focus on educating, enrolling and servicing her clientele.
Anna and her husband of 20 years are driven by faith, and have made Bakersfield their happy home. They enjoy salsa dancing , sports and spending time with their friends and family.
Natalie Dyson - Broker
Since 2006, Natalie has dedicated her career to helping small businesses navigate the complex world of health insurance. She prides herself on building long-lasting relationships with her clients and delivering solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Natalie is a proud member of Women Leaders in Bakersfield, a community where women come together in leadership, business, and friendship. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, their two children, and three dogs.
